3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship products promptly. Shipping times may vary based on product availability and destination. BK Performance is not liable for delays caused by carriers or external factors.

4. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused products in original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect and a 20% restocking fee applies

5. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including logos, designs, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of BK Performance and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
