Shipping Policy

The goal of BK Performance NC LLC. (BK Performance) is to enhance the user’s driving experience by offering the best performing and highest quality automotive products possible. High-performance driving and automotive modification carry inherent risks. Customers are therefore encouraged to familiarize themselves with the specifics of their car manufacturer’s warranty and any applicable local emissions regulations prior to making a purchase decision.

High-performance driving can be very dangerous and may result in injury or death. BK Performance makes no representations or warranty about products protecting against injury or death.

Car modifications of any kind that facilitate high-performance driving may reduce or limit the life of your car and any of its wearable parts and could result in damage to the car. BK Performance is not responsible for damage of this kind.

Unless otherwise noted, products sold by BK Performance are intended for off road and racing use only and have not been tested or approved by any international, federal or local governing agency for street use. In addition, although every effort is made to have zero negative impact on emissions, these products may not be legal for sale or use on California pollution-controlled motor vehicles and are not intended or applicable for highway use. BK Performance makes no claim of fitness or certification for such use.

Understanding the inherent dangers to life and property (including your car), and the legal requirements and limitations regarding the use of these products is the sole responsibility of the user. BK Performances’ liability is limited to the original purchase price of the merchandise.

Legality: Some products are not sold for street use in any locality where regulations prohibit use.  Unless otherwise stated, BK Performance LLC. does not make any claims for street legal use of these products.  Products sold for racing use may never be used on a public highway. Any situation arising from or liability occurring from the use of any item purchased from BK Performance NC LLC, is solely the customer's responsibility.  

Warranty: Unless otherwise reflected in writing, products sold carry no express or implied warranty. Racing products carry no warranty due to the stresses imposed on them. All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. In the case of damage or loss, immediately notify the package carrier.

Returns: Any item in new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  RMA must first be obtained by emailing BKPERFORMANCENC@OUTLOOK.COM. A 20% handling and restocking fee will be accessed for each item returned.  

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR INVOICE IS AN AGREEMENT NOT TO HOLD BK PERFORMANCE LLC, AS A COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES LIABLE FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCE OR COSTS THAT MAY ARISE FROM USING ANY OF THESE PARTS
